DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Items can only be delivered to the customer's billing address.

Items are despatched within 28 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. If there is a delay, you will be informed and given the option of changing or cancelling the order.

All items to be delivered in the UK and Ireland are sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery-Next Day'. Items to be delivered outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail 'International Signed For'. All items require a signature on arrival.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with the items for any reason please return the items within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure there is sufficient postage insurance to cover the value of the items in transit as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that return postage will only be refunded if you have been sent a faulty item, in which case reasonable postage costs will be reimbursed.
