We want you to be happy with the products and service you receive from Emily Bedford Jewellery. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with an item you have 28 days from receipt of goods to notify us if you want to exchange an item or get a refund.

Send an email with details of what you want to return or exchange and we will be happy to oblige providing that items are returned in original Emily Bedford Jewellery packaging.

It is recommended that you use sign for or recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.


We are unable to give a refund on any commissions or bespoke items or anything that we have tailor made. Any faulty item will be refunded in full.

We cannot refund any gift vouchers.
