Where can I use the Gift Vouchers?

Gift Vouchers bought on this site are only valid for purchases on this site.

How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?

Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I check my Gift Voucher Balance?

Log in to your account and click Account to see your Gift Voucher Balance.

How do I buy Gift Vouchers?

First click Gift Vouchers on the Home page and then select and pay for your Gift Vouchers just like any other items on the site. Like other items purchased here, you will need to wait until the Gift Voucher sale has been authorised by the site administrator. Purchases are usually authorised within a few days.

Once you have purchased a Gift Voucher the funds will be added to your account and you can email the Voucher to somebody else use it yourself to buy items.

How do I send Gift vouchers?

If you have already purchased a Gift Voucher, log in to your account and click Account. Your Gift Voucher Balance is displayed next to a Send Gift Voucher button. Click the button, enter the recipient's name and email address, the amount you would like to send (in £ sterling) and a personalised message. Click Continue and on the following page click Send Voucher.

The recipient will receive an email with your message, a Redeem Code and a link to redeem the Gift Voucher.

How do I buy items with Gift Vouchers?

If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account you can use those funds to purchase other items on this website.

During the checkout process on the Payment Information page a tick box will be displayed. Ticking this box will use the funds in your Gift Voucher Account for the purchase. Please note, if there are not enough funds in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase you will also have to select another payment method. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for the future.

How do I redeem Gift Vouchers?

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain a Redeem Code and a link to redeem the Gift Voucher. before you can redeem Gift Vouchers. There are two ways to redeem Gift Vouchers. For both ways you will first need to log in to your account or create a new account.

• Click the link in the email and you will be taken to the Redeem Voucher page. Enter your Redeem Code and the funds will be added to your account ready for use. If you are not already logged in you will need to log in or create an account first.
• Alternatively, enter your Redeem Code during the checkout process on the Payment Information page. (after selecting a payment method). Click Continue and the Gift Voucher funds will be added to your account, ready for use.

Once the Gift Voucher is redeemed the funds will be added to your account ready for you to make purchases.
